Senior Supervisor – Soft Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor – Soft Services to lead and coordinate all soft facility management activities at our Dammam location. The role ensures high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer satisfaction while managing a team of supervisors and cleaners.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft service operations including housekeeping, cleaning, waste management and pest control.
• Lead, train and motivate supervisors, cleaners and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures and service improvements.
• Manage manpower planning, attendance and shift allocations.
• Handle client communication and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Prepare performance, incident and operational metric reports.
• Address complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in soft services or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals and equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
