Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to join a fast‑growing, remote‑first organization operating across multiple regions. You will be responsible for keeping internal IT services stable, secure, and efficient while providing high‑quality support to employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to internal users in a globally distributed environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and access‑management issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and provisioning in Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
• Administer endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Jamf.
• Prioritize and resolve support tickets via Jira or similar ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee hardware lifecycle management.
• Assist with IT operations for office hubs, events, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve systems, user experience, and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate IT support, system administration, or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Active Directory administration.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM/endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf, or equivalents).
• Proven ability to support both Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, networking, and remote‑access technologies.
• Experience with VPN, Citrix, and remote‑access tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and service‑desk platforms such as Jira.
• Customer‑focused communication and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
