Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for managerial and leadership positions at IsDB, including Director General, Director, Manager and Associate Manager roles. The role combines strategic sourcing, executive search, leadership assessments and onboarding to secure top talent that aligns with IsDB’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, selecting and managing headhunting and executive search partners.
• Conduct talent market research, outreach, and benchmarking to inform recruitment decisions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer, including candidate sourcing, assessments, interviews and onboarding.
• Produce recruitment analytics, metrics and governance reports, and drive digitisation and quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Enhance utilization of recruitment channels such as the corporate website, social networks and external firms.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in talent acquisition, preferably recruiting for managerial and leadership positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third‑party recruitment vendors and evaluate service performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering recruitment metrics and market insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across HR and business leaders.
