Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, technical, labor and leadership positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high‑quality talent, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support workforce planning while complying with Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Define candidate profiles, execute sourcing via platforms, agencies, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess competencies and match job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare shortlists, provide hiring recommendations and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track KPIs such as Time‑to‑Fill and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi labor law and Saudization targets.
• Produce weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, utilities, construction or facility management.
• Proven ability to manage professional‑level hiring and meet Saudization requirements.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Negotiation, influencing and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
