Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are a leading retail organization in Saudi Arabia looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across the business. Based in Riyadh, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver timely hiring solutions that meet our workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment and sourcing strategies aligned with business plans and talent gaps.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Lead sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, career fairs and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, vendors and external talent networks.
• Ensure recruitment processes, candidate assessments, offers and contracts comply with company policies and market benchmarks.
• Track recruitment metrics such as open vacancies, cost, quality of hire and time‑to‑fill, and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
