About the role
Almarai is seeking a Senior Talent Analyst to support its talent management function. The role involves coordinating assessment systems, managing daily operational tasks, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accurate data and presentation upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all assessment system tasks and daily operational talent management activities.
- Administer psychometric assessment tools, ensuring efficient implementation and data accuracy.
- Participate in competency framework initiatives to enhance talent management processes.
- Design learning outcomes by aligning Almarai competencies with specific business needs.
- Support the OD Manager in planning and executing competency road shows and related organizational development initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a talent management or related HR role.
