Senior Team Manager

About the role

The Senior Team Manager will lead a self‑directing, multi‑functional team responsible for the intake of birds and processing of poultry products. The role ensures that internal customer requirements are met while adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the poultry processing line.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Propose plant modifications and process optimizations to reduce cost and improve service levels.
• Coordinate with a multicultural workforce, including training and development of staff.
• Collaborate with peers and superiors to achieve operational targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food sciences, or a related poultry discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in an ISO/HACCP‑accredited rendering plant supplying EU‑categorized products.
• Strong knowledge of meat processing plant operations and packaging.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to lead a multinational, multifunctional team.
