Senior Technician – Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Technician – Maintenance will lead advanced maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities for a wide range of attraction rides and devices across multiple sites in Saudi Arabia. Working closely with contractors, manufacturers and internal teams, the role ensures that all rides meet SEVEN’s technical, safety and operational standards before and after opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of technical activities for rides and attractions, coordinating with the technician team and technical management.
• Perform and document corrective and preventive maintenance in line with manufacturer requirements and industry standards.
• Support installation phases on‑site, collaborating with contractors, manufacturers and project consultants.
• Maintain communication with ride manufacturers’ representatives and ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements.
• Monitor spare‑parts and consumable inventories, providing proactive feedback to guarantee availability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, evacuation procedures, PM checklists, rehabilitation programs and NDT schedules.
• Lead major annual maintenance and rehabilitation projects and support certification processes conducted by independent bodies.
• Act as team leader during absences and ensure resources, tools and manpower are ready for maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in maintenance of complex mechanical/electrical attraction systems.
• Strong knowledge of international safety best practices and Saudi regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety‑critical inspections and repairs.
