Senior Tender Specialist – Pharmaceutical (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Tender Specialist with a pharmacy background to lead and manage pharmaceutical tenders across Saudi Arabia. The role will be pivotal in securing institutional business, ensuring compliance from tender award through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review upcoming tender opportunities through NUPCO and other governmental platforms.
• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation in compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate pricing submissions, technical files, and required certifications.
• Track tender results and communicate award status internally.
• Maintain strong working relationships with NUPCO and relevant governmental stakeholders.
• Act as a focal point for clarifications, inquiries, and documentation follow‑ups.
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA and tender regulations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams on awarded tenders.
• Monitor shipment timelines and ensure timely delivery to government entities.
• Track logistics status and resolve any delivery or documentation issues.
• Ensure proper invoicing and documentation alignment post‑award.
• Maintain tender tracking reports and dashboards.
• Monitor contract utilization and consumption.
• Support pricing strategies for institutional accounts.
• Flag risks related to delays, shortages, or compliance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Registered Pharmacist (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tendering within KSA.
• Strong hands‑on experience dealing with NUPCO tenders.
• Familiarity with SFDA regulations and institutional business requirements.
