Senior Test Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior QA leader to own end‑to‑end testing and quality engineering for a large‑scale telecom transformation program. The role will drive test strategy, manage distributed teams, and champion AI‑enabled testing across functional and non‑functional domains.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall test strategy across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with release plans.
• Lead large, distributed QA teams and coordinate multiple vendor partners while managing fixed‑bid and outcome‑based contracts.
• Oversee testing demand, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet release cycles.
• Drive adoption of AI‑enabled testing, intelligent automation, and shift‑left/right testing practices.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, provide strategic quality guidance, and deliver executive dashboards.
• Identify risks early, implement defect‑prevention mechanisms, and use predictive quality metrics.

Required profile

• 18+ years in Quality Engineering & Testing.
• 8+ years leading large transformation programs, preferably in telecom.
• Proven experience managing 100+ member distributed QA teams and multi‑vendor ecosystems.
• Experience with fixed‑bid/outcome‑based delivery models and strong Agile delivery background.
• Deep expertise in demand management, capacity planning, and workforce scheduling.
