Senior Test Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Test Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end quality assurance delivery across multiple projects and programmes. The role will own overall quality, ensure timely delivery, and act as the primary liaison between business, product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall quality and timely delivery for all assigned programmes.
• Provide program governance, SLA compliance and regular stakeholder reporting.
• Drive test governance, planning, execution oversight and comprehensive reporting.
• Monitor delivery against KPIs, SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Define and implement QA strategy, test frameworks and methodologies.
• Oversee functional, automation, performance and UAT testing.
• Ensure coverage across SIT, E2E, regression and non‑functional testing.
• Lead, mentor and develop QA managers, leads and testers.
• Manage resource planning, capacity and skill allocation.
• Ensure process compliance and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive automation strategy and shift‑left testing practices.
• Promote continuous testing, DevOps and CI/CD integration.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in QA, software testing, test management and delivery leadership.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale QA delivery programmes.
• Strong expertise in the QA lifecycle, test strategy and governance.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor high‑performing QA teams.
• Track record of delivering programmes on time and within quality targets.
