Senior Travel Consultant - Implant Position

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi‑national Senior Travel Consultant to join our client’s premises as part of an implant project. The role focuses on corporate ticketing, itinerary planning and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless travel services for business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Book, issue, re‑issue and refund air tickets using Amadeus or Sabre.
• Handle flight changes, cancellations and urgent bookings.
• Prepare travel itineraries and identify the best available fares.
• Manage hotel and other non‑air travel reservations through B2B platforms such as TBO or Hotelbeds.
• Respond to client requests professionally via phone and email.
• Provide alternative travel solutions when required.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and account procedures.
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate or business travel.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre ticketing systems.
• Experience with B2B hotel booking platforms (TBO, Hotelbeds).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
