Senior UiPath Developer – RPA Engineer

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to join its Riyadh office. You will design, build, and deliver automation solutions for clients, leveraging UiPath’s full suite of tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath.
• Provide solution designs throughout the sales‑to‑delivery lifecycle, including POCs and project implementation.
• Modify robot code as needed during implementation.
• Develop custom activities and workflows using VB.NET/C#.
• Own end‑to‑end testing cycles for automation solutions.
• Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints to new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of IT experience with a strong development background.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience building UiPath automation workflows.
• Deep understanding of workflow‑based logic and UiPath RE‑Framework.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C# (Python is a plus).

• Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center, Action Center (optional).
• OCR tools and basic AI/ML concepts (optional).
• Mainframe, SAP, or Citrix automation experience (optional).
• Familiarity with other RPA platforms (optional).
