Senior Vice President – Direct Investments & Multi-Asset Mandate

About the role

The Senior Vice President – Direct Investments & Multi-Asset Mandate will lead the development and execution of the firm’s investment strategy across a broad range of asset classes. Reporting to senior leadership, this executive will oversee a high‑performing team, drive capital allocation decisions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the overall investment strategy to align with long‑term objectives and risk appetite.
• Oversee a diversified portfolio of direct investments and multi‑asset mandates, ensuring performance monitoring and proactive risk management.
• Lead due‑diligence processes for new opportunities, including market analysis, financial modeling, and term negotiations.
• Mentor and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Integrate ESG considerations into investment decision‑making.
• Communicate investment strategy and performance to the Board, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive investment management experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership of direct investments and multi‑asset portfolios.
• Proven track record of formulating and executing strategies across equity, debt, real estate, and alternative assets.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, valuation, and risk management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, especially with boards and external investors.
• Demonstrated capability to build strategic relationships with industry partners, allocators, and co‑investors.
