About the role

The Rowad Program is a 12‑month learning journey designed for recent graduates who aspire to become future leaders in banking. In partnership with leading learning institutions, the program combines intensive financial training with digitalisation and banking industry exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through retail and wholesale banking, treasury, finance, and investment units.
• Participate in digital banking, data science, and digital transformation projects.
• Engage in compliance, risk management, and governance activities.
• Develop relationship‑management and customer‑experience skills through real‑world assignments.
• Complete experimental learning modules, simulations, coaching, and mentorship sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in banking, finance, or digital transformation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment and collaborate across functions.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.
