SEO Manager (Arabic‑speaking)

About the role

Assembly Global is seeking an experienced, Arabic‑speaking SEO Manager to lead the SEO strategy and delivery for its Saudi Arabian clients. The role blends hands‑on technical SEO work with strategic account ownership, focusing on qualified traffic and measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and market opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, set expectations, and own SEO performance from planning through execution.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks that prioritize qualified organic traffic, conversions, and business value.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and international SEO.
• Translate technical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for development teams and validate implementations using crawling tools, log analysis, and Google Search Console.
• Guide content and on‑page SEO initiatives, creating and optimizing Arabic and English landing pages, category pages, and articles based on keyword research and search intent.
• Monitor search trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI search developments to identify opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of professional SEO experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver measurable SEO results.
• Experience supporting website launches, redesigns, platform migrations, and domain changes.
