About the role

We are looking for a Server (Guest Service Expert) to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests at our EDITION hotel on Shura Island. The role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work area.

Key responsibilities

Set up and clear tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
Capability to read and verify menu information accurately.
