Service Advisor

About the role

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles to AutoHub Saudi Arabia. You will guide clients through diagnostics, explain required repairs, and ensure a smooth service experience from drop‑off to vehicle pick‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle diagnostics to identify root causes, required repairs, and parts replacement.
• Confirm diagnoses with customers using appropriate diagnostic check sheets.
• Provide detailed information on services and repairs, and introduce new service offerings to promote upselling.
• Greet customers, listen to their needs, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle drop‑off and pick‑up.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians by conveying customer requirements and service details.
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedules, and estimates.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and follow up on estimate approvals and service updates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to customer needs.
• Customer‑focused attitude and professionalism in handling inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to explain technical information in clear, non‑technical terms.
• Organizational skills for scheduling appointments and managing service documentation.
