Service Technician – Field Service Engineer

About the role

The company, a global leader in premium consumer technology, is looking for a Service Technician to join its field service team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing advanced fitness equipment across Saudi Arabia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service jobs following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain fitness equipment on‑site.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and provide effective technical solutions.
• Manage parts inventory and keep accurate service records.
• Communicate arrival times, set customer expectations and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Provide technical feedback to internal teams and ensure proper data reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a service engineering or field service role.
• Diploma or degree in Electronics & Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong mechanical and electronic engineering knowledge.
• Proven ability to work independently, organise service orders and interact professionally with customers.
