Service Technician & Spare Parts Sales Manager

About the role

Zeppelin is looking for an experienced Service Technician & Spare Parts Sales Manager to support customers throughout the lifecycle of bulk material handling systems across the GCC. The role blends technical service, installation, spare‑parts sales and order management to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for spare parts, provide quotations, service proposals and manage long‑term agreements.
• Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers, issue confirmations and monitor fulfillment.
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on site or remotely.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors, diagnose mechanical and mechatronic issues.
• Prepare shipping, export documentation and monitor logistics, returns and OS&D reports.
• Maintain customer and material data in company systems and ensure accurate service reporting.
• Build strong customer relationships, support vendor registration and train customer personnel.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in Mechanics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• At least 3 years (36 months) of experience in industrial service, maintenance, installation or commissioning.
• Proven experience in spare‑parts sales, order management or after‑sales support.
• Familiarity with bulk material handling systems, rotating equipment and pneumatic technology.
