ServiceNow Business Analyst – ITOM, CSDM & Workflow Data Fabric

About the role

Ameera Talent Solutions is hiring two ServiceNow Business Analysts to join an enterprise ServiceNow delivery team in Riyadh. The role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions for ITOM, CSDM and Workflow Data Fabric meet operational needs and platform standards. Immediate start is required.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and document requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Run workshops to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Analyse ITOM processes, service data models and integration requirements.
• Support CSDM adoption, CMDB data governance and workflow improvement.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers, architects and platform owners.
• Define acceptance criteria and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate where possible.

Required profile

• Proven Business Analyst experience on ServiceNow implementation or enhancement programmes.
• Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, testing and change management.
