ServiceNow Developer – ITOM, CSDM & Workflow Data Fabric

About the role

Ameera Talent Solutions is hiring five ServiceNow Developers in Riyadh to design, build, and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow platform. The focus is on IT Operations Management (ITOM), the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF). Immediate start required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and improve ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement and support ITOM components such as Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Maintain CMDB data structures, ensure CSDM alignment, and improve data quality.
• Develop server‑side and client‑side scripts using JavaScript.
• Build and maintain integrations via REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and related tools.
• Support workflow automation and enterprise data connectivity, including Workflow Data Fabric.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise platform performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow configuration skills.
• Practical knowledge of ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and integrations.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and follow ServiceNow development standards.
