Site Engineer

About the role

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a skilled Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities across its projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring that all works are carried out safely, on schedule and in line with design specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and engineering teams on‑site.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety performance, preparing regular site reports.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure timely availability and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Conduct inspections and tests to confirm work quality.
• Support implementation of health, safety and environmental policies on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader Middle East is an advantage.
