Site Foreman – Fit-Out Projects

About the role

The Site Foreman will lead daily fit‑out activities on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role coordinates workers, subcontractors, and material flow to keep projects moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Site Engineers and Project Engineers to execute work plans.
• Manage attendance, labor allocation, and material availability.
• Inspect completed work for compliance and report shortages or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting daily toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, report daily achievements, delays, and issues.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational problems on site.
• Participate in inspections, snagging, and rectification before handover.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman on fit‑out or finishing projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works such as gypsum, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and decorative finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
