About the role

Join the MENA Grocery team (Amazon Now) to help build a new business from the ground up. You will work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and navigating complex business, tech, and operations processes. Strong analytical judgment, concise written communication, and the ability to thrive amid ambiguity are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Own store merchandising and curations.
• Run and analyze proof‑of‑performance reports.
• Learn and apply merchandising tools and widgets.
• Assist execution of the site‑merchandising calendar, including email programs, new product launches, cross‑category placements, site‑wide events, browse‑tree design and search results.
• Develop merchandising for large store‑wide promotions and coordinate with category managers.
• Plan, execute, and analyze customer promotions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (any field; marketing, communications, or business preferred).
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
