SLP Team Leader

About the role

noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform across the UAE and Saudi Arabia and needs a strong leader to protect people, assets and inventory. As the SLP Team Leader you will head the Security & Loss Prevention team, ensuring compliance with security policies and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and supervise the Security & Loss Prevention team in daily operations.
• Monitor site security activities and enforce company security policies.
• Investigate security incidents, theft, fraud and policy violations, producing detailed reports.
• Analyse loss trends, identify shrinkage drivers and implement reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Facilities and other stakeholders to resolve security‑related issues.
• Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring and physical security measures.
• Conduct routine security audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential security records, incident logs and documentation.
• Support inventory control processes, stock counts and loss‑prevention projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of site security and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Security, Loss Prevention or Asset Protection, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, risk assessment and loss‑prevention practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
