Social Media Content Creator & Growth Specialist

About the role

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Content Creator & Growth Specialist at Transworld GCC. The role involves creating engaging social media content, developing growth strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing marketing campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Edit high-quality videos using industry‑standard tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.
• Develop and implement content strategies to grow social media accounts organically.
• Research trends and best practices to enhance content reach and engagement.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and platform‑optimized content.
• Optimize content for lead generation and sales.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Track performance metrics and refine the content strategy.

Required profile

• Expertise in video editing and content production.
• In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Experience creating content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong on‑camera presence and audience engagement skills (a plus).
• Knowledge of M&A, business advisory, or related fields (a plus).
