Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

The Social Media & Content Manager will lead The Chedi Hegra’s digital storytelling, shaping its social media presence and content across platforms to boost brand awareness, guest engagement and direct bookings. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and other commercial teams, you will ensure all digital communications reflect the hotel’s luxury standards while supporting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals.
• Manage content calendars, create and publish engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X, and monitor community interactions.
• Produce copy for captions, blogs, newsletters and campaign materials; coordinate photography and videography assets.
• Support integrated digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, media visits and seasonal promotions.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Corporate Marketing and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Journalism or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
