Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

A-Z Experience is seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media & Content Specialist to drive the day‑to‑day development and execution of its social media presence. You will turn project insights, behind‑the‑scenes moments and brand activations into engaging digital content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research audience behavior, platform trends, competitors and cultural conversations.
• Convert research findings into timely, creative content ideas and campaign themes.
• Maintain a detailed content calendar, publishing schedule and asset approvals.
• Write captions, short‑form copy and platform‑specific stories in the required tone.
• Capture basic photo and video content using mobile devices and perform simple edits for posts, reels and rapid event coverage.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design team for asset creation and with external specialists for advanced photography or videography.
• Schedule, publish and verify approved content on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other assigned channels.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and mentions, routing responses according to guidelines.
• Collect platform data, prepare performance summaries and recommend improvements.
• Maintain organized records of content assets, approvals and usage information while respecting client confidentiality.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content development or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven ability to research trends and develop creative content concepts.
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Practical understanding of major social‑media platforms, formats and publishing tools.
