About the role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join Alef in Riyadh. The role focuses on enhancing our brand presence across digital channels, creating engaging content, and building strong online communities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the brand strategy.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate campaigns with internal teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
