Social Media Video & Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Video & Content Specialist to boost Sohoby IT Solutions’ online presence. The role focuses on shooting, editing, and publishing short‑form videos such as Reels across multiple platforms while capturing authentic moments with our CEO, clients, and team.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and publish 8–10 engaging Reels and short‑form videos weekly on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Capture CEO interviews, client testimonials, meetings, office activities and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Generate content ideas based on business topics, current trends and audience interests.
• Manage daily social‑media posting schedule and monitor engagement metrics.
• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, scripting and growth optimization.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience creating short‑form video content for social media.
• Proficient in shooting with a mobile phone or camera and knowledgeable about framing, angles, lighting, audio and video quality.
• Strong awareness of current social‑media trends and formats.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with excellent communication skills.
• Highly energetic, presentable and comfortable interacting with senior leaders.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
