Digital Marketing Generalist / Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a fast‑learning Digital Marketing Generalist who can blend performance‑driven paid acquisition with rapid short‑form content creation. You will test ad concepts, shoot and edit videos, write persuasive copy, and run campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, monitoring spend, CPA, ROAS and CTR.
• Produce high‑converting short‑form videos (UGC style) using a smartphone and edit them for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with CapCut.
• Write clear, conversion‑focused ad copy, video scripts and daily social captions.
• Maintain visual brand consistency using Canva and AI image generators, creating simple ad creatives, story frames and thumbnails.
• Analyse performance data, generate actionable reports and iterate quickly to drive growth.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising or hands‑on content creation (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Comfort with video editing tools (CapCut or similar) and design tools (Canva, generative AI).
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, UGC formats and social media trends, with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
