Software Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering initiatives in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle, guiding teams, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise applications that support Reef Holding’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Manage and mentor development teams, assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure delivery against timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in solution architecture, designing integrations with ERP, CRM, POS and e‑commerce platforms.
• Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, version control, release management and technical documentation.
• Monitor application performance, ensure security compliance and manage technical risks.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to foster innovation.

Required profile

• Experienced and highly capable software development professional.
• Proven ability to lead teams through the full SDLC.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platform integration.
