Software Development Manager – Lead Enterprise Apps

About the role

Reef Holding is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications that support its digital transformation. The role oversees the full software development lifecycle, manages development teams, and ensures solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Manage, mentor, and assign tasks to software development teams, monitoring performance and quality.
• Establish operational plans, prioritize projects based on business impact, and align them with strategic objectives.
• Participate in designing software architecture and technical solutions that integrate with ERP, CRM, POS, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Oversee API integrations, ensuring reliable and secure data exchange across systems.
• Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Supervise testing, quality assurance, version control, release management, and technical documentation.
• Monitor application performance post‑deployment, analyze incidents, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with application security standards, data protection requirements, and code quality practices.
• Identify technical risks, develop mitigation plans, and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms to support innovation and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and software architecture design.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating with ERP, CRM, POS, and e‑commerce systems.
• Knowledge of API integration, application security standards, and risk management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
