Software Engineer – API & RPA Development (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a leading technology and telecom environment in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing scalable applications, APIs and automation solutions that improve business efficiency and operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Build and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes.
• Manage, optimise and tune SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, perform automated testing and monitor application performance.
• Develop Business Intelligence reports and Tableau dashboards.
• Handle user access, network inventory and alarm automation tools.
• Troubleshoot issues at both application and system levels.
• Administer SharePoint resources (advantage).

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in API development and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Robotic Process Automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git and automated testing.
