Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Software Engineer to join our Riyadh office, building backend solutions that support AI strategy, data management and automation services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for AI and data platforms.
• Implement back‑end features and APIs, write clean and maintainable code.
• Debug, optimise and enhance existing systems.
• Integrate software components with AI and data management platforms.
• Collaborate with consultants and data experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Improve development workflows, ensure software quality and security, and support ongoing product enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures and software architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience building production‑grade back‑end web applications.
• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Interest or experience in AI, data engineering or automation solutions is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with back‑end web development, APIs, databases and server‑side frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Version control using Git.
• CI/CD practices.
