Software Performance Tester

About the role
InnovationTeam is looking for a Software Performance Tester in Riyadh to evaluate application performance, stability and scalability. The tester runs performance tests, identifies system bottlenecks and works closely with development and QA teams so that applications meet performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load and stress tests
- Analyze system performance and identify issues or bottlenecks
- Prepare performance test reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve application efficiency
- Monitor application behaviour during testing and support release validation
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in performance testing using JMeter
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Required skills
- Performance testing methodologies and best practices
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases and system monitoring tools
