Software Solutions Sales Manager (KSA)

About the role

Advansys is seeking a high‑caliber Software Solutions Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enterprise software sales and complex integration projects, helping clients accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Go‑to‑Market strategy to expand the software portfolio in KSA.
• Plan territory growth, identify target industries and enterprise accounts, and forecast revenue.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, manage sales quotas, and participate in weekly funnel reviews.
• Gather competitor intelligence to position Advansys effectively.
• Acquire new enterprise business while deepening existing client relationships.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, create high‑quality proposals, and ensure technical alignment.
• Conduct high‑level negotiations to maximize win rates and protect margins.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, solution architects, and marketing to build targeted campaigns.
• Engage senior and C‑level stakeholders to build trusted, long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of proven success in complex enterprise software sales within the KSA market.
• Strong knowledge of software integration, AI/ML, data analytics, automation and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience in territory planning, pipeline management and commercial proposal development.
• Ability to influence senior decision‑makers and drive multi‑year contracts.
