Solution Account Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role
The Solution Account Manager will operate within assigned accounts or verticals in Saudi Arabia, combining technical, operational and commercial expertise to drive sustained sales performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, linking customers with subject‑matter experts to build confidence and credibility.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent sales results across large and strategic accounts.
- Grow existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage end‑user selling cycles, from prospecting to closing.
- Communicate and influence stakeholders both in‑person and remotely.
- Apply analytical problem‑solving skills in a metric‑driven environment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
- Maintain a proactive, flexible and pragmatic approach in a fast‑paced setting.
Required profile
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a STEM field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a medium‑to‑large international organization.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
- Experience with sales fundamentals including funnel management, account planning and proposition development.
- Familiarity with value‑selling processes; knowledge of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling is advantageous.
