Solution Architect – Enterprise Data & Cloud

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our Riyadh office. The role focuses on designing, governing and optimizing enterprise‑wide data and integration solutions across on‑premises, cloud and hybrid environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models, enforcing standards and ensuring data consistency.
• Define master and reference data management strategies, metadata management and end‑to‑end data lineage.
• Act as Architecture Review and Design Authority for cloud and hybrid data solutions, including migration strategies.
• Design and implement robust data platforms using Snowflake, SQL Server and cloud‑native services.
• Translate business and analytics needs into efficient data platform architectures and lifecycle management plans.
• Identify architectural gaps, technical debt and scalability limitations, and propose modernization road‑maps.
• Create high‑level and low‑level design artifacts using Bizzdesign, ArchiMate, erwin Data Modeler/Evolve and related tools.
• Lead architecture governance, conduct solution reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, data platform engineering and system integration.
• Proven track record designing solutions for on‑premises, cloud (OCI) and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture practices and data modeling standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
