Solution Engineering Head

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Engineering Head to own the full lifecycle of technical client solutions, from pre‑sales discovery through architecture, delivery and production hand‑over. This senior position sits at the intersection of business development, solution design and engineering execution, working directly with B2B and B2G customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients throughout the engagement, from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, assess requirements, data landscape and integration constraints.
• Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work and RFP responses in partnership with business development.
• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures, including service decomposition, data models, API contracts, integration patterns, security and infrastructure topology.
• Produce architecture diagrams, blueprints and implementation road‑maps that translate business needs into engineering plans.
• Lead cross‑functional engineering teams (backend, data, frontend, DevOps) to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Provide hands‑on support for critical issues, prototype solutions and unblock teams when necessary.
• Ensure the delivered solution aligns with the vision sold to the client and supports a smooth production hand‑over.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale solution architecture and delivery for B2B/B2G projects.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical stakeholders and senior executives.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Hands‑on technical expertise to debug complex issues and prototype critical components.
