Solutions Operation Section Head – Smart City

About the role

The Solutions Operation Section Head will lead the end‑to‑end delivery and ongoing management of smart‑city solutions for RQEEM Company. You will bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage smart‑city solutions through planning, implementation, operations, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with technical delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to guarantee successful deployments.
• Define and monitor Service Level Agreements, operational KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Oversee post‑delivery operations, managed services, and service continuity.
• Handle client escalations, major incidents, and service restoration activities.
• Lead resource planning, vendor management, and capacity planning for solution lines.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, cybersecurity standards, and client obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., IoT, cloud, cybersecurity) are a plus.
