Solutions Sales Specialist – Enterprise Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Sales Specialist to accelerate growth of our fleet management platform and enterprise offerings in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling subscription‑based software and data services to enterprise and mid‑market clients, delivering real‑time visibility and analytics for fleet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consultative, solution‑based sales cycles by identifying client pain points, mapping them to platform capabilities and quantifying ROI.
• Sell recurring‑subscription offerings, including SaaS platform licensing, data services and per‑vehicle pricing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of recurring‑revenue opportunities and provide accurate forecasts in the CRM.
• Present Perfect Vision’s fleet management platform, GPS tracking, telematics and integrated devices to enterprise stakeholders.
• Engage multiple decision‑makers such as fleet managers, IT, HSE and procurement throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare tailored demos, proposals and commercial models, and support account expansion by adding modules and devices.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to scope platform integrations.
• Stay up‑to‑date on fleet technology, telematics and enterprise software trends in the Saudi market.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience selling solutions, SaaS, ERP, fleet or telematics platforms, or other subscription‑based products.
• Proven ability to run consultative sales cycles and articulate business value and ROI to both technical and business buyers.
• Comfortable engaging enterprise stakeholders across operations, IT and procurement.
• Strong presentation, demo and proposal skills with confidence to lead meetings.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
