Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of body and beauty treatments to hotel guests, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable experience in a luxury environment. You will work closely with the reception team to manage bookings and maintain the spa’s high standards of hygiene and service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust room temperature, lighting, music and ambience during each treatment.
• Prepare, clean and tidy the treatment room before each guest arrives.
• Stay informed of daily booking schedules and communicate any changes to reception.
• Review the next day’s appointments each evening and prepare accordingly.
• Perform body massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and hair‑care services.
• Check and replenish product supplies at the start and end of each shift.
• Read Spa Cards carefully for specific guest instructions or requests.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene according to spa grooming standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the spa pantry and treatment areas.

Required profile

• Preferably fluent in Arabic.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to guest needs.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
