About the role

We are seeking qualified Specialist and Consultant Doctors across a wide range of medical specialties to join leading healthcare institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This long‑term contract position offers the opportunity to practice in state‑of‑the‑art facilities while delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within your specialty.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, emergency response, and intensive care duties as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and medical education programs.

Required profile

• Medical degree and board certification in the relevant specialty.
• Valid Saudi medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a tertiary care hospital.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in the chosen specialty (e.g., Plastic Surgery, Cardiology, Neurology, etc.).
• Proficiency in patient assessment and procedural techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
