Station Manager

About the role

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a proactive Station Manager to lead daily operations at one of its Saudi stations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipments, last‑mile delivery, and returns while driving performance against key metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual plans and budgets, monitor KPIs such as on‑time delivery rates.
• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics activities, including inbound/outbound handling and last‑mile delivery.
• Manage and develop local teams (couriers, drivers, customer service), focusing on training, performance evaluation, and Saudization goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, handle emergencies, and maintain relationships with local authorities and communities.
• Forecast volume and resource needs, produce regular reports, and track staff attendance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, Fleet, and Customer Service to ensure seamless station operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or operations management.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
