Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of logistics automation projects across the Middle East. The role involves coordinating civil construction, power and communication systems, and the installation of automated equipment in large-scale warehousing and sorting centers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle – from initiation and planning to adjustment and stakeholder coordination – ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Oversee on-site implementation, coordinating resources to keep civil works, power, communications and equipment installation on schedule.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, R&D and equipment suppliers to organise training, warehouse relocation and start-up activities for a smooth launch.
• Develop and standardise construction guidelines based on Middle East project experience to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Automation or related field.
• Fluent English for meetings, reports and project communication.
• Minimum 3 years of project implementation experience, preferably with overseas logistics projects and automated warehousing.
• Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity and ability to analyse project data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
