Stock Preparation Operator

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Stock Preparation Operator in Riyadh for a full-time position in the production and manufacturing sector. The operator manages stock preparation by quantity and quality according to the product mix, within budgeted costs and while maintaining budget yield.

Key responsibilities

• Keep stock preparation equipment in good condition and control manpower and overtime as per budget
• Maintain housekeeping to a high standard and control downtime caused by stock issues
• Train subordinates so they can handle their areas of responsibility
• Arrange raw materials by quantity and quality as per budget, and feed pulp continuously to machines at running capacity
• Follow safety regulations and keep the stock plant in safe working conditions
• Control consistency and SR as required for different grades, and supply pulp of good quality to avoid production disturbance and quality loss
• Conduct trials in the stock plant and follow the Production Manager's routine instructions
• Enter daily SAP data on consumption and reconcile it weekly, monthly and as per finance requirements
• Maintain the process parameters logbook and audit IMS and related documentation

Required profile

• High school or industrial school education
• At least 2 years of experience in paper mills
• Willingness to learn

• Good basic English
• SAP data entry and reconciliation
