Storage Administrator – L3 (On‑site, Jubail)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Storage Administrator L3 to join our team in Jubail. The role focuses on managing and optimizing enterprise storage environments to ensure high availability, performance and capacity for critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, monitor and tune storage systems, performing capacity planning and performance analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex storage incidents, manage escalations and coordinate with vendors for patches, firmware updates and issue resolution.
• Design, configure and maintain replication setups for backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation, apply best‑practice and security standards, and participate in change‑management processes.
• Collaborate with system, network and cybersecurity teams to support integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in enterprise storage management and solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with replication technologies for backup and high‑availability.
• Solid system administration background, including integration with operating systems, virtualization platforms and backup tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based incident, change and problem management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jubail and participate in off‑hours or on‑call rotations as needed.
