Store Director – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury house to find a Store Director for its flagship boutique in Riyadh. This senior leadership position oversees commercial performance, client experience, and team culture, acting as the brand custodian in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the boutique team, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador, building relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and local luxury influencers.
• Drive commercial performance through sales management, productivity monitoring, and operational discipline.
• Ensure boutique operations align with global brand standards, maintaining consistency in service, presentation, and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Retail, Client Experience, Merchandising, HR, and Marketing.
• Oversee reporting, staffing, inventory management, and day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing luxury boutiques, preferably in fashion, accessories, or ready‑to‑wear.
• Strong track record building and maintaining relationships with VIP and high‑value customers.
• Commercial awareness with ability to interpret performance data and drive results.
• Deep appreciation for luxury service standards, product storytelling, and brand representation.
• Leadership capability to develop and inspire teams while remaining hands‑on.
